The Health Appraisal Questionnaire is an industry standard assessment tool that has been used by Naturopaths and Doctors for many years. I use this questionnaire to provide an idea of your most urgent health issues and what to start working on. It is also a back-up that provides further evidence of the findings from your naturopathic health assessment which we go through at the first consultation.

Note that it isn’t a prerequisite to your first consultation  but it can provide helpful information about organs and systems in your body that may be under-functioning.  It is a useful tool particularly for online or virtual consultations.
